A |     　　讯 8月14日，河南省政府新闻办召开河南省开展生态环境法典涉及地方性法规清理工作新闻发布会。    Rumours about Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala expecting their first child have once again gained traction online, nearly a year after the couple got married. Since tying the knot on December 4 last year in an intimate ceremony, the actors have frequently found themselves at the centre of speculation, though they have largely chosen not to address such chatter.          The latest buzz was reignited after Nagarjuna, veteran actor and Chaitanya’s father, was asked about the possibility of becoming a grandfather. During a recent interaction with Suman TV, Nagarjuna was questioned about whether there was any truth to him “getting a promotion from father to grandfather.” Initially laughing off the question and attempting to walk away, he later offered a brief but intriguing response. Sharing photos from the ceremony, Nagarjuna had penned a heartfelt note welcoming Sobhita into the family and expressing his joy at watching the couple begin a new chapter together. He also noted the deeper meaning of the celebration, which took place under the blessings of his late father, ANR garu, whose statue was installed to mark his centenary year.          Before his marriage to Sobhita, Chaitanya was married to actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The two met on the sets of Ye Maaya Chesave (2010), married in 2017, and announced their separation in 2021. B | 开展生态环境法典涉及地方性法规清理，是确保生态环境法典顺利实施、维护国家法治统一的根本要求，深入学习宣传贯彻生态环境法典及修订后的地方性法规，省司法厅将持续做好以下几个方面的工作。　　一是及时开展规章和行政规范性文件清理，维护生态环境领域法治统一。目前，省司法厅除配合省人大开展地方性法规清理外，按照省政府部署要求，已组织有关省直部门对生态环境领域的政府规章、行政规范性文件进行全面清理，提请省政府对部分省政府规章和行政规范性文件予以修改或者废止。下一步，省司法厅将严格对标生态环境法典以及新修订的地方性法规，持续强化政府规章、行政规范性文件备案审查工作，从源头上确保相关制度规定与法典保持统一，为生态环境法典落地实施提供坚实有力的制度保障。　　二是持续做好立法审查，夯实配套制度法治支撑。近年来，省司法厅持续推动完善生态环境领域法规规章制度体系建设，先后参与水、大气、土壤、固体废物、垃圾分类等污染防治立法。下一步，省司法厅将依据生态环境法典的相关规定，加快推进移动源污染防治、矿产资源管理等地方配套立法，并积极会同有关主管部门，及时梳理河南省生态环境领域的立法需求，推进地方配套法规规章的“立改废释”。　　三是深化法治宣传教育，厚植生态环境法治理念。将生态环境方面法治宣传作为全面提升全社会生态环境保护法治素养的关键举措，纳入河南省“九五”普法重点，列入年度普法要点，常态化开展生态环境法治宣传。聚焦生态环境法典重点内容、地方性法规修订内容，通过短视频、文艺节目、主题宣讲等群众喜闻乐见的形式，把“大法典”拆成“小条目”，把“纸面语”译成“家常话”，持续扩大宣传覆盖面、渗透力、影响力。完善“谁执法谁普法”普法责任清单制度，压实“谁执法谁普法”普法责任，推动相关部门把生态环境法律法规宣传嵌入执法全流程，构建部门协同、各司其职的大普法格局。版权申明：凡注有“”或电头为“”的稿件，均为独家版权所有，未经许可不得转载或镜像；授权转载必须注明来源为“”，并保留“”的电头。    。
